HomeBuyingForLess is pleased to offer a Commission Rebate to our Buyers. This Commission Rebate is offered as part of the Buyer’s Agent’s commission. The Buyer(s) understand the allowed Rebate is ultimately their lender’s decision—thus they must work closely with their lender of choice to ensure the Rebate can be applied. Typically this Rebate is applied to the Buyer’s Closing Cost. Written confirmation from the lender, prior to Closing, is advised.
HomeBuyingForLess can make no guarantee the Rebate will be applied. The permitted Rebate must conform to Banking Commission regulations and must be
notated on the HUD-1 Closing Statement.
