A Personal Message from Founder and President Steve Doyle

HomeBuyingForLess was created for home buyers and sellers just like you — to help you spend less money...thousands and thousands of dollars less!

I tell potential clients like yourself: "Just give me 15 minutes of your time, and you'll see why "traditional firms" are no match for HomeBuyingForLess!" Afterwards clients exclaim, "You were right! We're so glad we found you!"

As president and founder of HomeBuyingForLess, a Realtor®, Broker, and Broker In Charge, I conceptualized this new business model based on industry economics and the technological advancements of the Information Age. I personally believe we are in a transitional stage and the current structure of real estate—and how it is bought and sold—is ready to move on for those who are able to adapt.

Savvy Customers

Customers have become more savvy, computer literate, and informed when it comes to real estate. They can do most of their own research and are not seeing the necessity of paying high-priced commissions!

With my new business model, customers save thousands and thousands of dollars in commission fees while they continue to benefit from the traditional range of professional real estate services including:

  1. the objectivity of a third-party team member
  2. professional, in-person and phone consultations throughout the process, and
  3. contract negotiations and guidance. As a licensed Realtor® and general contractor, I understand house construction within the context of real estate transactions. My observations are invaluable during contract negotiations and always lead to very favorable outcomes for our clients.

The HomeBuyingForLess difference is in the cost structure—which can be significantly reduced without sacrificing or compromising client services. Traditional firms are entrenched in old-school business models that are no longer cost-effective, and we believe provide little or no value to the vast majority of their clients. There will always be a need for these firms and their structure, but I see the national market forces moving away from traditional firms and embracing the new, value-added business model of pioneering firms like HomeBuyingForLess.
