  2. We set up your online HomeBuyingForLess account. Based on your list of wants and "don't wants," you will automatically receive a customized list of houses that fits your criteria. Furthermore, you will receive automatic email alerts when new houses come on the market that meet your criteria. You can preview them online without leaving your home or do a quick drive-by if your curiosity gets the best of you!
  3. We tour the houses that interest you most. Let us know which houses you want to see, and we’ll meet and take you on the full tour.
  4. You’ve found the ideal house and want to make an offer. This is an exciting and emotional time for you and your family, and it’s also the time when your HomeBuyingForLess Realtor® becomes much more than the helpful professional who has shown you houses. We now become your advocate during critical contract negotiations to ensure that you pay a fair and reasonable price. We are sensitive to issues with the house or the neighborhood that can potentially affect the owner’s asking price and the conditions of our offer.
  5. We help you prepare for the Closing. After negotiations are successfully concluded, we lead you through each important milestone of the contract and ensure that all deadlines are met for the Closing.
