We send you frequent emails with the latest information about every stage of your house hunting – from the newest houses on the market – to the latest counter-offers – to important deadlines to be met before your Closing date. This efficient process saves both time and money.

House Hunting Step by Step

1. We have an introductory meeting. We explain the high level of service you can expect from us. You describe your wants and needs, price range and preferred neighborhoods. We then devise our house-hunting strategy.
2. We set up your online HomeBuyingForLess account. Based on your list of wants and "don't wants," you will automatically receive, by email, a customized list of houses that fits your criteria. You will also receive automatic email alerts when new houses come on the market. You can preview them online without even leaving your home and then maybe do a quick drive-by to check out the neighborhood of those that appeal to you most.
3. We tour the houses that interest you most. We'll show you the houses that "make the cut".
4. We prepare the Offer. You’ve found the ideal house and want to make an Offer. This is the time when your HomeBuyingForLess Realtor® becomes your strongest advocate – during critical Contract negotiations to ensure that the price you pay is fair and reasonable.
5. We help you prepare for the Closing. After negotiations are successfully concluded, we lead you through each important milestone of the Contract and ensure that all deadlines are met for the Closing.
6. We share our commission at the Closing. The day is finally here! As your full-service Realtor®, we have been at your side every step of the way.
